Notice is hereby given that the Superintendentís Search Screening Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the School Committee Chambers at Collins Middle School, 29 Highland Avenue, Salem, Massachusetts.
AGENDA
- Finalize dates, times and procedures for Screening Committee to review of applications and conduct interviews
- Form subcommittees to:
- Create standard questions to be used for the Screening Committeeís interviews
- Create simulation activity to be presented to the School Committee for approval, for finalists to participate in when they are in Salem,
- Recommend schedule to be followed by the finalists, to present to the School Committee
- Establish teams of hosts to welcome and accompany finalists during their visits to Salem
- Establish procedures for transmitting input from survey and stakeholder information meetings to the Screening Committee members and School Committee members
